I purchased a CENTURY21 franchise in 1995, this was a culmination of a personal goal for me. When I started to reach my goals in real estate, I realized that I’d found my niche. Being a Broker/Owner was really where I wanted to be and I knew it would be the best investment in my future to own a CENTURY 21 Franchise; I was able to achieve this in just four years.
The real estate industry has managed to bridge the gender gap. We have witnessed an equalization of male and female associates on a national level since 1995. The industry doesn’t differentiate between the genders but rather rewards individuals for their merits. I purchased this particular office because it was a geographical area where I saw the potential for growth.
